Established in 1979, we offer full town planning, architectural design, survey, research and computer aided design facilities for land and clients across the United Kingdom.

We are located in the city centre of Swansea and whilst our principal sphere of operation is South Wales, we undertake work across the United Kingdom with a number of projects concentrated in the South East and London.

We undertake schemes from inception to completion in all development sectors including major housing, industrial, commercial, retail, sports, tourism, waste, landfill, mineral, agricultural, development plans, listed buildings and conservation schemes.

We also have extensive experience of planning appeals, hearings and Public Inquiries, together with Unitary and Local Development Plan representations.

Our client list includes large PLC's, land estates (including managing agents), local and national companies of all sizes, housing associations and individuals with specific planning requirements.

Now in practice for over 30 years, we continue to offer a personal, client led service with the majority of our work coming from referrals and repeat business.
