Fees

Each and every project is unique in its requirements and scope of work and as such, competitive individual quotations will be given once the project has been discussed at an early stage with clients and a fee structure tailored to suit the specific project.

Standard Terms of Engagement

The practice operates in accordance with the Code of Professional Conduct of the Royal Town Planning Institute. This provides, inter alia, that:

‘Before commencing work on any commission members shall ensure that their terms of engagement have been given and confirmed in writing to their clients and shall satisfy themselves that these terms have been accepted.’

and that:

‘Members shall notify their clients in writing before undertaking work or incurring fees or expenses additional to those previously agreed and shall satisfy themselves that the necessary instructions have been received.’

Copyright: All work undertaken by the practice either written (in the form of reports, opinions, letters, statements or appeals), drawn (manually or electronically), or in any other form, remain the copyright of the practice until all fees are paid in full. No work produced by the practice shall be used for any other purpose than that intended and agreed without the express written permission from the practice. Copyright for third party services commissioned on behalf of the client shall remain with the respective third party and their permission to reproduce that material shall be gained directly by the client.

Note: A full version of our 'Standard Terms of Engagement' is submitted with all fee quotation proposals for consideration by clients.
